Player must fulfill the following requirement to participate in South East Asia DreamHack Winter 2009 Qualifiers:

1. All players must complete the registration form either via online (for participants aged 16 and above only), fax or physical submission regardless of which discipline they intend to compete in.
2. Deadline of registration is 22^nd Oct 2009 2359.
3. For Overseas competitors, please send the complete registration form together with the payment to the following address at Colosseum by Tornado, 201 Victoria Street Iluma Shopping Centre #07-02 Singapore (188607) via Cashiers Order.
4. For Local competitors, please send the complete registration form together with the payment to same address stated above.
5. Registration fee of SGD75.
6. Receipt must be display upon registration on the qualifiers day.
7. Parental/Guardian Consent Form must be signed by the legal guardian of player below 16 years old.
8. Indemnity form must be complete and signed.
9. Player’s nationality matches the representing country.
10. All boxes in the registration form are compulsory to be filled.
11. Player agreed that all information given here is correct and genuine.
12. Player agreed to all the rules and regulations mentioned in the form by submitting this form to the tournament staff.

Player agrees to comply with the Electronic Sports Charter and to respect the following rules:

1. Discrimination leading to unfair treatment of any individual is strictly prohibited.
2. Player agrees to comply with these rules and regulations.
3. Player agrees to accept the decisions of tournament officials.
4. Player agrees to not use any unlawful or unfair proceedings.
5. Player agrees to respect the spirit of fair play and non violence.
6. Player agrees to fulfill their commitment within the limit of their means.
